{"id":4103,"date":"2025-04-09T13:09:26","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T12:09:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalamperconstruction.com\/construction-progress-update-k-residence-april-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-04-09T13:17:00","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T12:17:00","slug":"construction-progress-update-k-residence-april-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kalamperconstruction.com\/en\/construction-progress-update-k-residence-april-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction Progress Update &#8211; K Residence April 2025."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Construction works on our K Residence are progressing according to plan, and we are pleased to share the latest updates:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water installation has been completed throughout the building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical installation has also been completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thermal insulation of the building is finished<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interior plastering is fully completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anodized aluminum joinery has been installed, except on the commercial premises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>Currently ongoing works include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiling on the 10th floor <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final works on the roof are in progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wall smoothing (gletovanje) is being finalized on the 6th floor <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrance doors are being installed on the 9th floor <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>The following works have been completed on floors 1, 2, and 3:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wall painting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of circuit breakers and sockets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ready for parquet flooring installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>Fa\u00e7ade works are advancing steadily:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approximately 80% of the building has been covered with thermal insulation (styrofoam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doweling and preparation for the final fa\u00e7ade layer are underway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>On the 4th floor: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Air conditioning units have been installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terrace safety elements are currently being installed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p> <br\/>We will continue to provide regular updates as we move forward.
