The project is currently in its final construction and installation phases: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The exterior fa\u00e7ade of the building has been fully completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glass railings are currently being installed on balconies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sanitary fixtures are being installed on the 7th floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Painting works are ongoing on the 8th floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wall smoothing and preparation are in progress on the 10th floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parquet flooring installation is starting on the 7th floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparations for the installation of internal doors are underway on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All outdoor air conditioning units have been installed, while indoor units have been mounted on the 6th floor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>All work is being carried out in accordance with the highest construction standards, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n<p>We thank you for your continued trust and invite you to follow the ongoing development of our project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construction works are progressing according to schedule.
