Construction works on our K Residence are progressing according to plan, and we are pleased to share the latest updates:
- Water installation has been completed throughout the building
- Electrical installation has also been completed
- Thermal insulation of the building is finished
- Interior plastering is fully completed
- Anodized aluminum joinery has been installed, except on the commercial premises
Currently ongoing works include:
- Tiling on the 10th floor
- Final works on the roof are in progress
- Wall smoothing (gletovanje) is being finalized on the 6th floor
- Entrance doors are being installed on the 9th floor
The following works have been completed on floors 1, 2, and 3:
- Wall painting
- Installation of circuit breakers and sockets
- Ready for parquet flooring installation
Façade works are advancing steadily:
- Approximately 80% of the building has been covered with thermal insulation (styrofoam)
- Doweling and preparation for the final façade layer are underway
On the 4th floor:
- Air conditioning units have been installed
- Terrace safety elements are currently being installed
