We are pleased to inform you that construction works on our residential building project are progressing according to the planned schedule and within the anticipated deadlines.
During the previous period, concreting works on the third slab have been successfully completed, marking the completion of the structural ground-floor phase and the continuation of the main structural development of the building. This stage represents one of the key milestones in the realization of the project and confirms the continuity of construction activities in line with the established plan.
In addition, waterproofing and insulation works on the building have also been completed, creating the necessary conditions for the next construction phases while further improving the quality and protection of the future facility.
Currently, backfilling works around the building are in progress, representing an important part of site preparation and the arrangement of the surrounding outdoor area.
