This month, we are once again sharing updates on the activities taking place at our K Residence construction site.
We are proud to highlight that the work is progressing smoothly, with all phases being completed within the planned deadlines.
- Masonry work is being carried out on the tenth floor;
- Plumbing work has been completed on the ninth floor;
- Electrical work is in progress on the eighth floor;
- Plastering is being finalized on the seventh floor;
- Anodized aluminum joinery has been installed on the first six floors, and glass installation is currently underway;
- Tiling work has been completed on the first two floors and is ongoing on the third floor;
- Wall smoothing (puttying) has started on the first floor;
- Floor screeds are being poured on the fifth and sixth floors.
We are continuing with the same intensity and will soon share the next steps in the construction process with you.
