The construction of our residential building has entered its final phase, and we are pleased to report that the project is progressing according to the planned schedule.
During the recent period, the majority of key construction activities has been successfully completed, while the remaining work focuses on finalizing both interior and exterior finishing tasks.
Thanks to effective coordination among all project participants, as well as favorable working conditions, the building is expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of December this year.
The latest construction site photos clearly showcase the visible progress of the project, both on the exterior of the building and within the interior spaces. In addition to the visual updates, below is a summary of the main activities currently completed:
- Parquet flooring has been installed on all floors except the 11th floor, where final preparations for installation are underway;
- Interior doors and parquet skirting boards have been installed up to the 9th floor, with work progressing according to schedule on the remaining levels;
- Sanitary fixtures have been fully installed up to the 10th floor;
- Exterior works are entering their final stage, including the finishing touches on the façade and preparation for landscaping around the building.
