Welcome to another monthly progress review of the construction work at K Residence. We are making steady progress toward achieving our project goals, and every day brings us one step closer to your new home.
– Water installation is being completed on the 11th floor
– Styrofoam for the façade has been installed up to the 10th floor
– Metalwork installation is in progress on the 10th floor
– Plastering is underway on the 10th floor
– Drywall work and preparation for insulation before tiling are in progress on the 8th floor
– Tiling is currently being installed on the 7th floor
– Smoothing of the first four floors is complete – painting will begin soon
We are progressing as planned and getting closer to completion!
